Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged at the full service rate, as the reserved time cannot be reallocated on short notice.

Travel costs and travel time are calculated from the base location at €0.28 per kilometer. Any parking fees incurred during the assignment will be charged to the client.

By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
